Fair warning, there is no elevator so you will be responsible for getting your luggage to and from your room. They mopped the floors right before I checked out do it was a little dangerous.

Areas for improvement:
The rooms are in an old building with no elevator and an old renovated staircase. This was no issue for us but some people with mobility issues might find it challenging.
